Kate, a qualified Dance and English teacher, believes dance plays an important role in life – as exercise for the body and the brain, as a way to express emotions and as a chance to learn life skills such as discipline and commitment. She is passionate about making performing arts available to everybody and enjoys seeing her students discover that hard work really does pay off! Kate trained in ballet, jazz, modern contemporary, modern expressive, and musical theatre since she could walk and added tap and hip-hop to the list during high school. She has toured the country dancing and plans to take over the world with an army of confident, happy, healthy (and well-mannered) kids!

Danielle has been dancing for as long as she can remember, studying Jazz, Modern Expressive/Contemporary, Funk, Tap, Musical Theatre and Cheerleading (as well as Ballet in her younger years). A firm believer in the need for dancers to challenge themselves and try different styles, Danielle has also participated in a number of workshops, both in Australia and in the USA. She believes that dance classes should be a mix of hard work, dedication and fun, and is inspired by her students’ enthusiasm and achievements each and every week. Away from Rhythmic Moves, Danielle can be found working as a Lawyer or immersed in local community theatre. In 2010, Danielle choreographed The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee for the Arcadians Theatre Group and The Pajama Game for Smith’s Hill High School. She also performed in the Arcadians’ production of State Fair.  In 2011, Danielle choreographed Annie for the Arcadians Theatre Group and took to the stage in the Arcadians’ production of A Chorus Line in the role of Judy.

  • Drama

Keeley has been passionate about performing ever since she learned to talk and hasn’t stopped doing either since. She has been teaching Speech and Drama at Rhythmic Moves since 2007. She is about to graduate from Wollongong University with a Bachelors Degree in Creative Arts and Arts where she majored, among various other things, in writing for the theatre. Keeley has written several plays, including a few composed collaboratively for the Rhythmic Moves shows. She believes that, while energy and dedication are crucial elements of a performer, they should always try to have fun and do their best.
