Beginners to Advanced

Strengthen and tone your muscles, improve your flexibility, postural alignment
and core strength in our 'full body' workouts.

Classes emphasise the foundational principles of Pilates whilst offering
modifications to suit the individual needs of our clients.

Class Times:
Monday mornings 6am - 7am (Open)@ Mt Pleasant Studio ***

Tuesday mornings 9.30am-10.30am (Beginner) @ Mt Pleasant Studio ***

Thursday evenings 5.45 - 6.45pm & 7pm - 8pm (Open) @ Mt Pleasant Studio ***

Saturday mornings 8.30am-9.30am (Intermediate/Advanced) @ Balgownie Scout Hall

Saturday mornings 9.30am-10.30am (Beginner) @ Balgownie Scout Hall

*** Please Note: You need to BOOK a place in the mid-week Pilates classes. Phone 42849578 to reserve a place (class numbers limited to max of 5 at Mt Pleasant studio).

Wear non-restrictive gym gear to class and bring socks (preferrably with grip soles) as well as a bath/beach towel to place over the supplied mats.

NB:  Fees are payable to the teacher on the day via cash.

1 hour mat class - $15.00 per person

10 Class Card - $135 (Pay for 9 lessons and get 1 FREE). Class card valid for 3 months.
